Barbara Fitzsimmons

My name is Barbara and I have been working at McElholm opticians for seven years. As an optical assistant, I am the first point of contact for the patients entering the practice. It is my responsibility to deliver good customer service by checking patients in with the opticians, updating their details, and ensuring the correct paperwork is completed for their appointment. I also assist patients with choosing their glasses and contact lenses and carry out repairs in the laboratory. These duties are all carried out in a professional and friendly manner and we are always happy to help our patients.
